Child Policy :

Kids are complimentary up to 04 yrs without taking extra bed.

Child (5-11 Years) No Bed@1000/-

Child (5-11 Years) With Bed@1200/-

Extra Bed Above 11 Years @1500/-

Pet charges @1000/- per night per pet plus 1500 refundable damage deposit for each room.

1. All Special price reservations would be held only against advance non-refundable payment (for special cases refund possible if cancelled 10 Days prior to arrival, no refund possible at a shorter notice). In absence of the same as per the payment policy, reservation will be released automatically with no refund.
2. Above rates are subject to applicable government taxes unless stated as all inclusive. 
3. Room allotment is made to the same person, in whose name Reservation is created. Room upgrades/ extra beds are chargeable.
4. Check in time 2 pm check out time 11 am. Early check in and late check out on availability and on additional tariff.
5. Cash Settlements for Indian Nationals of INR 50000 and above will require a Pan Card copy during check out.
6. Pets are allowed inside hotel premises with additional cost but prior intimation to hotel is mandatory.
7. Arms or Weapons not allowed inside the Hotel Premises.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms, however permitted in the Balcony or Verandah and designated area in the Lawns.
9. Guest desiring of having their company’s GST number stated on the bill are requested to provide the same at check-in. After Check-out mentioning GST number on the bill would not be possible under any circumstances.
10. In keeping with Government of India regulations we request all guests including children to carry a photo-identity to present at check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa/OCI. Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card and Aadhar Card. PAN card is not valid & will not be treated as ID proof
11. We can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests in one room.
12. All confirmed reservation would be hold only against advance payment. In absence of the same the reservation may be released as per payment policy.
13. Please issue all vouchers 1 month in advance with rooming list, non receipt of voucher may be treated as cancellation.
14. Note – Rack Rates & Weekend Packages  Not Available During Special Weekends, Christmas & New year.
